The Ministry of Health (MoH), together with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) launched the Basic Emergency Obstetrics and Newborn Care (BEmONC) facility at Atauro Community Health Center to reduce the maternal and newborn mortality rate in Timor-Leste.
