Position: International Individual Consultant – Technical Specialist
Assignment: Provide technical support and guidance to the Ministry of Health (MoH), the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Culture (MoHESC), Midwifery education institutions in Timor-Leste, and the Timor-Leste Midwifery Association (APTL) in reviewing and revising the national pre-service midwifery curriculum.
The consultant, preferably affiliated with the International Confederation of Midwives (ICM) or with proven expertise and experience in midwifery education, will ensure that the revised curriculum is fully aligned with ICM’s global standards and competencies.
